Hi — he loved it!!! He’s definitely wanting to come back, which is amazing.

I must say, the lads that picked him up are lovely, polite and a credit to your service. My son gets on with them, which is very positive, as it takes him a while to get used to new people.

Just wanted to send a email to recognise Ryan and Jack as they have brought A’s glow back!

The mornings are totally different with A now he is actually excited to go with Ryan and Jack and gets himself ready to go (something I didn’t think was possible with A). He has a positive day every single day he comes back after being out with them and he is actually happy. It’s brought his confidence back out. I’ve noticed a massive difference in A going within a few weeks so wanted to say thank you to the two men who’s been with arch and also improving young lives for giving A the chance to come out of his shell again. He is like a different child recently and I do really appreciate it. He’s also made friends which he talks positively about. I hope the two men can get some acknowledgement for working with A and doing what they do.

Like I said I am really grateful, it’s what A needed and it’s clear to see it’s helped massively.

Cal is amazing with my son he’s brought my son’s confidence out so much. I never thought I’d see the day doing what he’s doing now. He’s been cooking, washing his own pots, ordering his own ice cream, he actually put his arms out for a cuddle of cal something he’s never ever done. This guy needs to be noticed and appreciated a lot more my sons needs are very complex and cal is meeting them to a t he’s got my boys routine going he does a knock on the door in the morning and K has to do his knock back K won’t answer the door until the knocks have been done. I see my boy in a different light and it’s so refreshing cal only hasn’t changed Ks life he’s changed mine too. He feels so safe and settled with him and I’m relaxed noing that he is meeting K’s needs he goes above and beyond for him there relationship and bond is strong and I can’t express enough how cal is meeting his needs I wish I could let him come full time as K is asking to spend more hours with cal he’s the best worker for the job.

We are really extremely grateful – This has been a lifeline for us and has really helped to stabilise the whole household. O has really matured this year and we are really proud of how he is doing now. A lot of that is down to you guys.
