POST 16
Our Post 16 provision is designed to support young people as they transition into adulthood, further education, and employment. We provide a structured yet flexible environment that focuses on building independence, confidence, and real-world capability.
Every programme is tailored to the individual, ensuring each young person receives the right level of support while being challenged to grow and progress. Delivered by our experienced mentors, each timetable includes:
• Education and core skills development – strengthening English, maths, and essential skills to support progression into further education, training, or employment.
• Employability and life skills – preparing young people for the workplace through CV writing, interview preparation, communication skills, and understanding expectations in a professional environment.
• Personal development – building confidence, resilience, independence, and supporting emotional wellbeing to help young people make positive, informed decisions.
• Work experience and real-world opportunities – providing access to volunteering, placements, and partnerships with local organisations, helping young people gain practical experience and explore career pathways.
Our focus is on outcomes. We support young people to re-engage with learning, develop independence, and take meaningful steps towards their future. By combining academic support with real-world experience and personal development, we help them build the confidence, skills, and direction needed to succeed beyond our provision.
